DEFINITION:

Define the specialty (espresso, cappuccino, ristretto, americano, etc.) and taste notes (strong, sweet, etc.)

SELECTION:

Select from our different origins the type and variety of coffee that best suits you, by species, by process and by crop.

ROAST:

Choosing the right roast allows us to contribute or enrich different nuances of flavor (acidity, sweetness, body, aftertaste, etc.)

NO PREMADE RECIPES

We have no premade recipes here at SHB Caffe. Our blend selection procedure is based on the knowledge and execution of thousands of tests to find the coffee that truly meets the needs of each of our customers

We produce our custom blends weekly, in quantities that our client needs, guaranteeing at all times:
-Consistent supply and quality of the raw materials.
-The stability of the product to offer the same exact flavor in every cup in order to distinguish our client and their establishment for its unique taste.

Our true value, which we contribute to all our clients, is that we do not have a catalog of blends, but rather a million possibilities and combinations since we do everything to measure.

We can take coffee from the same origin and have a plethora of results in accordance to the variables we are able to change. The same coffee with a different washing process, natural or honey, will yield different beans; when we roast it, the curves we use will enhance and clarify the specific flavors that we seek.

As we serve it in a cup, we adjust all the extraction conditions in accordance with each method to create a final product.

Here at SHB Caffe we know that we can offer the best specialty coffee because we have extensive process knowledge from the field to the cup. On top of that, we have substantial experience in stabilizing the sensory effect of a product that only grows once a year and encounters adversity from many external elements.

Everyone else starts by offering packaged product from a specific origin, we first ask the customer what their needs are and only then do we head to the field with the intention of overseeing the entire production of the coffee in order to offer a product that surely no one else can provide.
