Lab Roaster (capacity: 2,40kg)

Designed with the Master Roaster in mind, it is simply the most advanced roaster of its kind in the world. This unique coffee roaster truly offers total control over the roasting process, while maintaining user-friendly operations, an impressive design, and excellent roast quality across the entire capacity range. The range of roasting capacity on the FZ94 is 100g to 2.4kg. (0.2 - 5.3 lbs.) Roasting with the FZ94 Lab Roaster allows master roasters and true hobbyists to experiment with the widest possible spectrum of roasting factors.

In the FZ94, Coffee Tech Engineering incorporates a control for the drum speed and another for the drum fan, while temperatures are measured by three individual digital probes and PID controllers. Exploring the full range of possibilities in professional roasting has never been as accessible as it is with the FZ94 pro Lab-Roaster.

Roasting involves smoke and emissions, that is a fact known to all. Additionally, roasting rooms and roasters must be ventilated with fresh air to evacuate contamination from your roaster, handle green coffee, or grind coffee. The Avirnaki presents the most environmentally friendly pollution removal solution:

Coffee-Tech's commercial Avirnaki handles not only first-hand contamination from roaster exhaust (smoke), but also helps ventilate the air within the roasting room by drawing out both roaster exhaust and ambient air. By ventilating these two together, the result is a clean environment, free of smoke and pollution inside and out. The Avirnaki commercial works for all Coffee-Tech commercial machines, from the Silon ZR7 to the Ghibli R90.

GHIBLI R30

commercial roaster (capacity: 30 kg)

The Ghibli R30 Commercial Coffee Roaster allows perfect control over the roasting process to achieve desired results and cup profiles.

A heavy duty machine with robust features, the Ghibli 30 offers a fully enclosed fairing and protected by its insulated and covered drum housing. Additionally, it has smart thermal sensors and noise reduction components.

The ergonomic design is ambidextrous for right- and left-handed users. This left / right selection option allows users to install and place the Ghibli R30 in any desired location, regardless of the existing infrastructure on site.

Lastly, the Ghibli R30 is designed to achieve the highest roasting efficiency, minimize pollution and reduce gas consumption.
